Booking Terms

1. Booking Platform
All bookings are managed through our online platform, powered by Hallmaster. You will need an account to view room availability and make or manage bookings.
2. Eligibility
Room hire is available to qualified and insured therapists and wellness practitioners. We reserve the right to request proof of qualifications and insurance before confirming bookings.
3. Booking Options
You may book rooms by the:
– Hour
– Session (morning, afternoon, or evening)
– Half-day or full-day
Bookings are available 7 days a week from 07:00 to 22:00, subject to room availability.
4. Access
Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive secure access information for the building and your reserved room.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and amendment terms may vary depending on:
– The type of booking (e.g. monthly contract vs. ad-hoc use)
– The specific room or time slot booked
Details will be agreed individually during onboarding. If you have any questions about your booking terms, please contact us directly.
6. Conduct and Use
Rooms are to be used exclusively for professional therapeutic or wellness work. Practitioners are expected to leave rooms as they were found, and report any issues promptly.
